    We offer competitive and fully transparent pricing for all of our junk removal services.  You can trust that either way our team will get the job done quickly and efficiently, without breaking the bank. Our prices include labor and all disposal fees. That's right no hidden fees ever!! 

Our prices are based on 3 things. 

(1) Size of your load 

What are the dimensions of your load? Estimate the height by width by length this will give you a general idea of how much space your load will take up in our trailer. For example: 4 feet in height by 7 feet in width by 2.5 feet in length would be roughly 2.5 cubic yards. This would take up roughly about 1/4 of a full trailer load. 

(2) How much your load weights 

How much do you think your load weights? Again, here we want to estimate how much you think your load might weight as this is most likely how the waste center will estimate their fees. For example: the average bag of household garbage in a regular 13-gallon kitchen bag weights about 15-20 pounds depending on the contents, and the average three-seater couch weights about 150-200 pounds depending on what it is made of. 

(3) Access to your load. 

Where is your load located? Is it all located in the garage ready to roll? or is it spread throughout the house or yard, and we need to tag the items that need to go?  Items DO NOT NEED TO BE CURBSIDE. We will safely handle all the moving. Depending on where your load is located will only affect the labor rate. For example: If you have all your load in the garage ready to roll this obviously will make the labor rate less, if your load is up three flights of stairs and takes more time, then labor cost will be more as it takes more skills to maneuver the load safely.  Either way you can sit back, and we will handle all the moving, loading and unloading just not in that recliner...... because we need to take that one.  

All load rates are subject to size, weight and location. All our rates are an estimate based on mainly household and office junk removal. We use the calculation of 3ft high by 3ft wide by 3ft long to cover 1 cubic yard. Our trailer hauls 10 cubic yards. 

This range is for household loads that will fit in a 4ft high by 

7 ft wide by 2 1/2ft long area which is roughly 2.5 cubic yards. Range also depends on weight of items and may exceed the $175-price stated.

This range is for household loads that will fit in a 4ft high by 

7ft wide by 5ft long area which is roughly 5 cubic yards. Range also depends on weight of items and may exceed the $250-price stated.

This range is for household loads that will fit in a 4ft high by 

7ft wide by 7 1/2ft long area which is roughly 7.5 cubic yards. Range also depends on weight of items and may exceed the $375-price stated.

This range is for household loads that will fit in a 4ft high by 

7ft wide by 10ft long area which is roughly 10 cubic yards. Range also depends on weight of items and may exceed the $500-price stated.
