At Dump Runners PNW we make sure to both wrap and strap your load in tight to ensure your item(s) make it to its destination dry, safe and unscathed. You can trust that either way our team will get the job done safely and efficiently, without breaking the bank. Our prices never come with hidden fees. That's right no hidden fees ever!!
Our hauling prices are based on 2 things.
(1) Local Hauling up to 20 miles
How far does your load need to go? From point A (pick up) to point B (drop off) if it is 20 miles or less then we only charge our base dispatch rate with an hourly labor rate (2-person crew). *Depending on weight of the load there may be an additional heavy load rate assessed. *Subject to an inside/ white glove delivery rate for deliveries being carried inside or up flight(s) of stairs.

(2) Distance Hauling more than 20 miles
Does your load need to travel to get to its destination? From point A (pick up) to point B (drop off) if it is longer than 20 miles then we will only charge our base dispatch rate, mileage rate and fuel surcharge rate. * Subject to an hourly labor rate if loading and unloading is needed.

All load fees are subject to size, weight, labor time and distance. All our rates are an estimate based on local or distance deliveries. Small load or single item minimum is a delivery rate up to 10 miles from pick up point to drop off location and includes load and unload to curbside/garage only
Base Dispatch rate is established by the size of the load we are hauling. Range also depends on weight and sensitivity of item(s) and may exceed the $150-price stated.
Hourly Labor Rate is based on the labor time it takes to pick up/load, drive, drop off/unload the item(s). Rate will increase with heavier or more difficult loads. Rate is billed in 15-minute increments, and you only pay for the labor time used. Rate will be rounded up or down to nearest 15-minute time slot. No labor time minimum!
The Small Load/ Single Item Rate is established by the weight, size and difficulty of loading/unloading. This Rate applies to things like buying small or single items such as a couch or appliance and needing pick up and drop off services.
Mileage Rate is based on per mile and only applies to Distance Hauling Services over 20 miles from pick up to drop off points.
Fuel Surcharge Rate is based off the total Mileage cost and only applies to Distance Hauling Services over 20 miles from pick up to drop off points.
Inside/ White glove delivery rate is applied for item(s) that require inside your home or up flights of stairs for drop off.
